Fortunately, it's not gone. There was a proposal for this site (1200 Bay Street), but given that Tiffany's is dumping millions of dollars into the retail space, it's safe to say the building will be around for many more years.

interchange42 referenced this tower in the One Bloor West thread, and mentioned it has been scuttled. Is there a forum thread somewhere that compiles info on and a list of cancelled developments? If so, I haven't seen it. Might not be a bad idea to have such a thread, and as a sticky, especially with the market in the crapper and more cancellations highly likely.

I can't imagine Tiffany being terrible at execution - though not necessarily in a way that is respectful to the design of this building?
