4.1mil?? Were there other permits with other dollar amounts? Or is this the total project cost?

There was another permit for footing and foundation with the dollar amount $1.00. I don't think the numbers are the most accurate for dollar amount, but you'd think it would be since that's how the building permit fee is determined.

Construction fencing went down about a month ago, and then was put back up about a week ago. ATL Construction sign is gone and now they have this banner up. I guess they are called "E Studio" now instead of Yi Studio like it says on the permit sign? Maybe the banner guy misheard it over the phone
