Three days later, it's up to 3 floors! These carpenters are fast!!!

Luxo really needs a friend, so also hoping the tower is built soon after, since it seems Luxo's next phases have been paused.

This TOD has so much potential, but it really needs some ground floor retail between the station and Ogilvie to animate it. Ten Toes is my favourite coffee shop, you can find me in there 5 mornings a week on average, but that's all there is.

Yeah, really wish they had two or three corner units on Cyrville for a dépanneur and a coffee shop, maybe pizza place or something.

Clone Louis Pizza and away we go.

Agreed that some front facing retail would have been nice although perhaps residents above might feel different. The 2 Revalie buildings on Brookfield is a good example of a busy streetfront.

Call me crazy but the lit up and colorful store marquess are also kind of appealing along that stretch for some reason. Helps they don't use that god awful aluminum spandrel/mullions but that's just me.

Yeah, just the signage of Food Basics on Lyon really livens up the area. Same with the Ailse24 at Zibi (based on the pic posted on SSP). This one seems to at least have some doors to the street, which helps, tough not a super pleasant street to open up to (atm).
