Clarity website says they are a “development advisor”. Is there a builder attached to this? Because if not, it is probably just a rezone?
 
DP approved yesterday to demolish 10507 - 124 STREET NW
This building is now fenced off and I think I saw some interior demo prep being done on it yesterday.

It'll be a shame to lose the mural wrapping the building -- felt like we barely had it! (Especially if the site just sits as a vacant lot for a while longer...)
 
Oh boy. This looks like substructure going in for a future parking lot...
