It was Casia but I believe @cmd uw mentioned they WON'T be the developers here.

Likely Casia as they were the applicant for the demo. Synergy Projects as the builder probably, based on their previous projects (The Willow and The Edward Block).

This building is now fenced off and I think I saw some interior demo prep being done on it yesterday.

It'll be a shame to lose the mural wrapping the building -- felt like we barely had it! (Especially if the site just sits as a vacant lot for a while longer...)

Oh boy. This looks like substructure going in for a future parking lot...

Also sad to see the future Alldritt site right across the road. They used to keep such great care of the grassed area inside the white fence...but alas...doesn't look like it is getting much love this year
