Not sure if anyone had shown this in a prior photo, but it's the first time that I noticed that they actually had this (different color / scale) section at the ground level of the new tower (northwest corner). I like the way that this tower looks from a distance (though I wish they had kept the gold trim from earlier artist renderings instead of swapping in a bit of grey), but it is unfortunate that they did not do more of this sort of smaller scale/grain, varied color (wish it was in gold), retail-related articulation at the ground level, to add a bit of human scale and to make the ground level look less sterile and monolithic
