I'm looking at this floor plan of a "two-bedroom" in this building, and the lack of storage space (or of actual space) has me wondering if this is supposed to be some kind of innovative vertical naturist colony.

I'd say this is a decent layout.

Tons of balcony space and light. The bedrooms are separated and both have a closet (small, yes). The primary has more than enough room for a dresser if you get rid of the voyeur chair. The second bedroom does if you get rid of the desk. There's even a tiny front hall closet. Overall, I've seen way worse.

Decent layout but every space is absurdly small to the point of being unusable. The dining room (only big enough to seat 4) is basically in the kitchen and the kitchen has no counter space to speak of. They're going to have to use the dining room table as a kitchen counter. The sofa being barely longer than the washer/dryer is a big red flag. Shows how puny that 'living' room is.

This is yet another condo building where you need to buy 2 condos next to each other, knock down the shared wall, and make a proper sized unit.

I can't believe I'm defending a Toronto new build floorpan, but I think it's a hyperbole to say that specific layout is unusable. Perhaps for a growing family or a suburban sprawl minded person that space needs to be doubled, but over the course of a decade I've lived with 3 different roommates in a 2 bed 2 bath condo of similar size and layout and we've all been comfortable being here and there are thousands of similar units being happily lived in today.

Would be seen as a plus for some people - just stretch out to take out the washing without leaving the comfort of your sofa
That'd be great, especially after ordering in food on their proto dining table (their laps).

...kinda reminds me of those gaming day anecdotes where the desktop, "sofa", microwave and mini-fridge where arranged next to each other. And all within step away from the bathroom facilities. >.<
