I swear the one thing I hate about jet lag is that I'm stuck in the middle of the night thinking of all kinds of ideas and thoughts and no one to talk to them about except for posting on here.

I was just thinking about it, especially with the upcoming residential buildings on this street, will there be an official mid block crosswalk put in place to facilitate movement from the east side of 106 Street to the park?

The white pavers look nice when brand new. But soon, it will be covered with gum, grit, various spilled fluids etc. It's mind-boggling that urban designers/ planners don't take that into account. Should have gone with something more darker to better hide what will inevitably fall on it.
 
That looks pretty nice, I better get down there to see it in person before it starts getting dirty and then doesn't look so nice.
