I'm from the Toronto area and just discovered this thread. I know most of the recent posts are jokes about how this is never going to happen, but WOW... this thing is a beauty (If built as originally rendered). Stantec certainly did a lot for the Edmonton skyline, but if this thing gets built...

Have no idea but this is quickly becoming my new favourite development (Probably because it reminds me of One Bloor West). Don’t know how I overlooked it for so long. It’s really the colour on top that does it for me, something so simple yet it goes a long way.
