The plans are here: Development Permit. Not sure if there is anything more there, other than concessions/washrooms. Looks like just the upper concourse level. You can see the Upper Concourse level on page 19, and the cross section on page 38. I'm thinking the wall just to make the concourse...

Went for a showing this past week... probably some of the most interesting layouts we've seen in a building thus far. Looked at their 2Bds and 3Bd + Den unit. Of the 2Bds, only the largest one (roughly 800sqft) would be decent IMHO, and even yet, the layout of the living area with a dining room...

If these buildings turn out anything like the renders, absolutely city-defining. Will be exciting to watch this space and hopefully they can proceed as planned.

Why should the city have taken the cash and run? From all intents and purposes, Enmax has been successful for the City - $1.5 bn in dividends since '98, and still under City control. Don't want this to become a Chicago parking metre situation...

Used to rent one of these, and… can confirm that they’re a let down & more than just the layout. From what I saw: Poor design, construction seemingly had some issues, bad HVAC on many of these units (I genuinely saw a HVAC company servicing units, including my old one, probably 3x a week), and...

Looks like the ground level tenants (Rage Fitness for example) are still open - wonder if they’re staying open during reno? Looks like demolition has at least started on the interior on the east side of building, but west side looked like still fixtures and office equipment in the windows...

Looks like this has been renamed The Sullivan; sounds like Aspen is considering more office-to-residential for the same area, possibly a hotel. Aspen eyes switching downtown Calgary development to residential
