    Gladstone & Loretta | 951 Gladstone | 114.8/136/145m | 34/38/40f | CLV/PBC | Linebox

I don't see the added height getting rejected, makes way too much sense in this location.

    Renaissance Marriot / OROS Apartments | 395 Slater St. | 118m | 36s | Rimap | IBI+GeigerHuot | U/C

I would assume its shorter since there is little retail in this building? Actually I can't even recall if there is any retail going in this one.

    Gladstone Village Phase 1 | 34m + 62m | 9s +18s | OCH | Diamond Schmitt + KWC

Saw the crane on riding on the LRT back from work today, it look pretty tall. Makes me think there will be a second lower one on the site up pretty soon.

    New Ottawa Senators Arena

Honestly the design is a huge step down from the iconic Saddledome but good on Calgary to finally get this one going.

    Claridge Hintonburg | 1040 Somerset St. W. | 99m | 30s | Claridge | architectsAlliance | U/C

This one is already on the smaller floor plate and showing some height at the 4th level. This is gonna look tall when completed.

    Odenak | 665 Albert St. | 105+123.7m | 31+36s | Dream+Multifaith | Perkins&Will+KPMB+Two Row | U/C

Excavation has essentially started, they're currently stripping the top soil and finishing up the site prep. Site prep would include the temporary road access, shoring, trailer layout moving the hydro poles, etc. Once the shoring is completed at one end of the site the bulk excavation should...

    265 Catherine St (Former Greyhound terminal) | 109.88/116.65/126.7m | 32/34/36s | Brigil | BDP Quadrangle

Likely, but if the bedrock is contaminated they typically just stop at the depth of the footings and poor them in the bedrock. They'll just be stuck paying higher tipping fees if there is more remediation than expected, this shouldn't impact schedule though.

2 words that should never go together, Claridge and Landmark.
