Other than the fan park, are new amenities coming? What else could downtown use to attract people?

Honestly giving jasper ave bus lanes is probably on of the best things we could do to improve pedestrian and transit access, and while we are at it 124th as well.

They could incorporate it with bus only lanes on 109th too…

Whitemud crossing is easier than it looks, just elevate only HSR. cpkc track can remain at grade. More expensive than a road realignment and grade separation, but doable.

I really dont want to see a downtown circulator line. It kills any chance that LRT goes from whyte to WEM. HSR or a separate line for streetcar is a different story.

Even if the government wanted to RTO, could it? I thought that union agreements ensured that it would remain hybrid. Am I wrong?

^Equity needs to be balanced with ridership. We cannot have equity if we cannot get good transit in the first place…
