Took a trek with my dog to Blatchford a few days back to see how the neighbourhood is shaping up after only following along on this thread. I was initially surprised at just the size of the land. I think just looking at renderings I didn’t really grasp the full scale of development planned...

Kind of a lame “Hub” so far. I thought I saw some early renderings showed all the west CRU’s sharing a pretty big patio space. I really don’t understand why a dental clinic felt inclined to lease that spot at what I presume is pretty high rent.
