Was there a press release for this? Alstom's not going to change the cartridge bearings for the bogies? But aren't the Hamilton LRVs going to be Citadis Spirits too? Or has that changed? I guess it's too late to change for Hurontario (all or almost all of the vehicles are delivered already).
