Got some pics recently. It looks better now with a few layers helping show what they're going for. Obviously not as sleek as the render, but I can see why they went for a relatively matte spandrel so they could keep the checkerboard structure. It'll look okay, especially with a nice podium.

Yeah I'd be surprised for anything above 165, and even that would require quite a few double-storey or extra height floors for things like mech, lobby, retail, amenities, penthouses - which may or may not be treated separately anyway.
