    no way this will be ready- at best late 2027/ early 2028- if that. The finishes will be another challenge. The finishes are very high end and if I recall coming from italy. Another challenge. Would love to hear from professionals in the construction industry to hear their opinion on the dates!!

    I can see why there is a BIG need for storage. There are over 10,000 condo units , that are typically pretty small and do not have storage- great business to be in!!!

    Thanks for the pictures!!! very helpful in keeping on top of this. Does anyone have a guesstimate on what a reasonable date is for occupancy. Supposed to be Nov 2024 but think that is WAY off
