One corner gets a new business moving in and across the street (CIBC) will be moving out. Unfortunate, hopefully that old building isn't vacant for too long but that might be wishful thinking.

Disappointing. Everything in that part of downtown is sadly either grey or beige.

274 units is a nice number. Will be great to see that corner busy again!

Any new information on this project? Personally, this Hyatt and Tower 101 are the most exciting and the ones I’m hoping for more news that they’ll be moving forward this year 🙌🏻
