A small kids playground is a missed opportunity. I feel like this whole area is just anti children.

The bedrooms look pretty small last time I walked by it. It seems like the more bedrooms you get the more spacious the layout is.

Will the townhomes here have front porch

Does anyone know if there will.be a school in this community. And does anyone know if floor plans are available. How big are the townhouses?

Is the observation deck in sky tower going to be publicly accessible?

I'd assume the school is important to the community no? Why do they delay the school makes no sense.

The lack of transparency is really annoying. There seems to be barely any walkable space. It's all hills. Who the heck asked for that?

Yeah I get that but in the ground it seems like not a place you'd want to sit down? Like there isn't a lot of seating room on flat surface left. I wish they showed a rendering. I feel like this is a temporary measure for now to get sales for the condos.

Yeah but original renderings has a pond so that's why I was asking.

I see a lot of hills in the park they're building and seemingly no real place to install a pond? Original renders showed some type of water area. Also not sure what to think about so many of these tall hills

What are all those wooden pillars near the destination park?
