"Big" is certainly an exaggeration on the LED portion that's out but I will echo that the sound was brutal. Personally, I find the fan park a way cooler setup and atmosphere but a shame it's getting taken down with the carnival coming next week to that space.

I don’t know, looking at the Ice District I find it pretty hard to complain about what Katz Group has been willing to do. There are many others I would put atop the hit list over Katz at least.

Absolutely nothing going on. I walk through it at least once a week and there are tables/ chairs setup that usually are used by a handful of people and a ping pong table but it's still a weirdly half finished space with no signs of imminent work.

On this topic, The Mayfair seems to have stopped turning their LEDs on from what I've noticed. Does anyone know why? Was it complaints from the residents?

I really think the Icehouse needs to just survive the next few years for the Stationlands and (hopefully) Baccarat sites to finish as that injects some much needed density in very close proximity to them without a large abundance of other options nearby. Right now I think they are being hurt by...
