    Good old fashioned wood rot on both the east and west sides. They're old wooden fences that may be replaced at some point.

    You need to be on the other side ... the first level of below ground concrete is almost finished. The hydro vault is being installed on the Roehampton side - 3 days last week and they look like they'll be back this coming week as well. No doubt though, they are not the fastest bunch ...     Hydro, Rogers etc. have been reconnected to the 'site office'. Site office sign is up and the small digger has been moving earth around... be still my heart - perhaps things are progressing???
