    I dislike that they are now considering a stop in Kingston, if anything they could have tied in an improved Via service from Kingston -> Ottawa into the project to placate them. The only possible way I can see it working is if they do express trains that skip out on minor stops.

    Very strange to me that they haven't started on Ascent II, maybe they're trying to time it with the Sens arena? Waiting for the Odenak to fill up so they can soak up any new demand for the area? Or maybe they want to focus their resources into the Dow's Lake project.
