Man I know the current design of 275 Rideau is looking quite promising, but I really wish they shot for like 35-40 floors. Call me crazy as well but I think it'd be cool if they took down the buildings on this block @Rideau and Cumberland: And put up two, maybe three if they can fit, 35/40/45...

Personally I really like 126 York st. I enjoy the set back design and I think they did the heritage aspect quite well.

Maybe they're all at some kind of storey threshold of profitability and that's why they never get beyond a certain height.
