I feel like since they have removed the scaffolding they have been going agonizingly slow on this one. It just feels like such a hole on 17th and will really enhance the streetscape once it's done.

Yeah this hardly feels like a construction site because of it. Going to be great when finished. Hopefully the rents aren’t too crazy because I love this location.

I think it’s looking better. If kept clean, it should be nice enough actually. They are installing some ground level details now.

Walked by yesterday and notice that the fencing was down. Good or bad thing??

It looks pretty damn bad right now. But then I was taking a closer look at Park Central today and noticed that if it only had this much exterior facade up, it would look even worse, and yet the building turned out ok.

I really like this one, I can’t wait til they open up the street level, I’m hoping every time I drive by that that tunnel will be gone and I’m always disappointed.

I’m gunna say it: I have a feeling this might end up better than we’re expecting. I think once glass balconies are in and the windows have curtains and things in them it will actually not look like puke.

I think it’s a night club. It looks like it has an afro vibe judging by their instagram. Perhaps the same owners as the restaurant.

Pardon my ignorance but has anyone confirmed that the hotel is going in Selkirk House or is this just remours. I know it will be converted, but just looking for some background here.

I finally saw it in person and frankly im fine with the panels because they are nice and shiny glass, its the cheap aluminum frames around them and the horrible vents.

This crazy from RCR. I thought iBC ski resorts were allergic to investment. Kicking horse gondola breaks down and they respond by building a redundancy from the base. Looking at you RMR.

This is bad, real bad. Renders have that gold panelling where the vents are. It looks cool there but on top of this it will look like Yellowstone. Did not expect this from Truman, most of their stuff is boring but feels right, this feels student res like.
