Thank you. So there is room for a 30 storeys or more high-rises. I always found that some developers seem to avoid showing pictures of their projects during the winter months. The NCC does a good job with pictures showing scenes with snow in it.

Maybe other projects such as the East Flats will be reborn? I believe there some were on pause
