    Dark grey precast looks good, not a fan of the green tint on the windows. The blue tint on Releve is a lot better. Overall, it’s looking solid. Releve still just seems better quality to me.

    Those are some nice drone shots. Looking from above makes me dislike the placement of the technical school even more :( could've done some really interesting things with that space

    The podium also has some of the same dark grey cladding that the tower has so it's either going to be an all dark grey building lol or the podium may have some beige elements to it.     Couldn't take a picture but Phase 2 is now at 15 floors and rising very quickly. Interestingly enough they decided to go with dark grey cladding (shown below) that covers the tower portion instead of what the renders portrayed.

    M+M really hit it out of the park with Releve. It honestly looks better than what the Marriot next door will look like.
