The parking garage indicates it's used for hotel parking, but I thought Releve was all rentals?

Dark grey precast looks good, not a fan of the green tint on the windows. The blue tint on Releve is a lot better. Overall, it’s looking solid. Releve still just seems better quality to me.

Any news on whether the tips will be blue or not?

The podium also has some of the same dark grey cladding that the tower has so it's either going to be an all dark grey building lol or the podium may have some beige elements to it. I think it all depends on the quality of the balcony glass, if they are of a higher quality than phase 1 then I...

Couldn't take a picture but Phase 2 is now at 15 floors and rising very quickly. Interestingly enough they decided to go with dark grey cladding (shown below) that covers the tower portion instead of what the renders portrayed.
