    yes exactly! perfect street to be pedestrianized (and I even mistakenly thought it was on first glance of the renderings). widening it for bigger sidewalks is the worse move if they want to actually have a more urban feel

    I see what you mean but I also think an important identity for the OSC is that it is next to a ravine and that informs a lot of its nature and outdoor programming, I'm just not sure you can get the same thing out of a downtown location, though I do think a new museum here would be wonderful.

    considering densities specifically along king st I think there's definitely an appetite for more commercial there. if nothing else, it would also serve to activate the area at least.

    I disagree with the notion that verricle retail wouldn't work here because of online shopping, maybe not to the same extent but I do think it's valuable to explore. But I do fully agree that more "experience" type retail would be good, even cinemas, gyms, food courts, arcades, karaoke, bowling...
