Were there condos south of the future road and north of Pickering Parkway shown in any site plans? I am just curious how "long-term" of plan this was.

I don't have any photos to share, but from peeking through the glass last time i was there, it looks pretty close to opening.

Thanks for finding these. I have been struggling to find any site plans or renderings for this project. I have been wondering what's with all the secrecy. But I guess maybe Orchard Villa has been steeped in controversy for a while.
