Excited to see how tall it looks once topped out. Especially since its next door neighbour (1025 Richmond) looks pretty tall and visible from many points around the neighbourhood, so if this one is 10-13 floors higher, it should be pretty wild).

Because there was a lot of land readily available around Centrum so much cheaper for developers to build outwards instead of upwards that's why. There's still a lot of empty lots/lands around Centrum and "central Kanata". I wouldn't expect to see towers until land becomes more sparse.

Forgot how pretty forgetful and ugly that Nuovo tower is.

Wow, looks good and really highlights the shape of the roof and wood accents, love it. Ottawa needs way more interesting and fun lighting features.

I feel like there's 4 separate projects in this part of Centretown that have all been approved and proposed with little to no progress in the past 3-5 years. Disappointing...

Is it me or do stations, tracks, overhead wiring system and all seem to be pretty much completed everywhere in the western extension? Save for the landscaping work and a few workers at Moodie, I don't see much work or progress...

People are still building offices?

Looks almost like an office building, but the simple, clean design stands out next to the busier residential towers nearby.

Looking at the first exterior render, I'm scared the colour and material choice will look like failed barcode design of the Faculty of Health Sciences building at Lees (which is pretty ugly)
