Thanks for your insights, particularly re: listening to PE and the soil remediation permit. I just couldn't believe that it might be years out after witnessing the break-ground photo op with my own eyes... But I am truly a young newbie here

^^ yeah they just cleared the snow 2 days ago and one shoring rig was left on site. So I guess that means they're starting now?
