Also, thinking of island airport, there is now a new wetlands in the flight path. That means there will be more geese, swans and other large waterfowl. The likelihood of bird strikes has increased, jets or not.
It depends how Dundas St is renamed. Is it kept contiguous or broken up? Roncesvalles could be extended up to Scarlett perhaps. But as for the TTC station, my vote would be for "Bloor West". The GO station is already called Bloor so not much change there.
IMHO No. If one is ambulatory enough to present themselves to the start of this tunnel, they can surely manage the next ~137m. Surely there is better return on investment and ongoing maintenance costs elsewhere.
