You can't legislate civility. You basically just need one rule: "Don't be a jerk!". And that rule, like all others, depends on enforcement.

It depends how Dundas St is renamed. Is it kept contiguous or broken up? Roncesvalles could be extended up to Scarlett perhaps. But as for the TTC station, my vote would be for "Bloor West". The GO station is already called Bloor so not much change there.

IMHO No. If one is ambulatory enough to present themselves to the start of this tunnel, they can surely manage the next ~137m. Surely there is better return on investment and ongoing maintenance costs elsewhere.
