it was more of the herding cats comment. Wasn't sure if you had additional insight. Agree on your assessment, that it's one of the best projects in the city right now - executed very well.

Ah, that's too bad, I was curious to see how Partisans might actually execute a project of this scale - No idea if they have the capabilities.

Totally disagree, if a good quality brick is chosen, this could be quite nice. Just because the area is all red, doesnt mean everything needs to be. Saying this is sad is so dramatic - what's sad to me is the continuous glass walls at grade that are all over city. I appreciate the rhythm that...

Looking at those bay widths - Almost every single one of them is an interior 1 bedroom bowling alley - half of your unit will be corridor - these are the absolute worst units on the market right now.

I am actually in shock how poorly this is planned. The elevator rate is atrocious, many of the units do not meet code, the stairs and core will not work as drawn. The only saving grace is that this is still OPA/ZBA, so i hope this proposal is completely fake for a density play.

This project is going to be all make or break in the execution, and so far to me it's make.

big achievement for this project! The occupancy dates for later this year are bonkers! maybe late 2027 or 28 at the pace they move!
