    Hey you know what... you're right. I'll hold my judgement, I often forget that it could be worse. Happy to see increasing density to support the Valley Line and existing surrounding businesses, so I will take that win. There is no design that pleases everyone anyways!

    What a shame, was a great site for some thoughtful development. The design for the Elmwood Terrace seniors housing that was previously proposed was heaps better than this. Too bad RMS got their hands on it, the design is cheap, uninspired and basic. I am all for increasing density in the area...
