Are they doing occupancy in stages (aka lower floors first) or the whole building at once? Any bearing on the going rate per sq ft at the moment?

Does anyone have a date/month on occupancy and closing for the two towers? Does anyone know if the builder still has units on hand (especially with the additional floors that were added after)
