When I gave my deposits Vandyk had given me paperwork showing the photocopies of the cheques (doc was called receipt of funds record) and I also had a letter I received from SR Law Firm (holding the money in trust) outlining the deposits I made. I had my own photocopies of the cheques too.

I’m SO disappointed it’s only from Oct 2022 (same boat as you as a 2017 purchasers) but happy this will be over soon.
