That would be great, addresses one of my biggest complaints. When they finally do restock the bikes in Midtown, they typically stuff the stations with 10 e-bikes and 1 normal bike. I don't really need the e-bike for heading downhill to downtown.

Walked by around noon and they were already installing the replacement station while CTV News team were setting up next to the workers. I guess it will be back in operation soon. There was definitely some debris and metal chunks still around though the bigger pieces were picked up.

I like the repositioning of the internal courtyard into a corner POPS. More fitting for this stretch of the waterfront and I expect it will get good usage.

It is funny how adding a simple protected bike lane at-grade with the sidewalk towards the GO station along "Street A" and perhaps "Street B" would resolve the distance to the GO station issue, but because this is the suburbs, that is sacrilege to suggest even in a brand new master-planned...
