tbh this project is an example of an absolutely tragic loss to NIMBYism. this building would’ve been iconic but because some residents who *don’t even live near the building by most accounts* were the loudest, it got scaled down. correct me if i’m missing anything here?

seriously. i mean look at the Ontario Place parking garage. that money could definitely be spent on this station instead. what an insult to transit riders tbh.

i am a real life example of this. because of the fact that go trains didn’t end up getting boosted frequency this year, and express trains still haven’t returned to LE line, i had to lease a car to get to work in an acceptable amount of time. i am adding to traffic congestion by doing so, along...

used to walk there last summer, this will be a very useful addition and adds a good access point to the park for residents and visitors alike
