Demolishion is complete for phase 1. All cleaned up. Equipment gone. No activity.

Site prep. still on going here. Dev. Apps still indicates no site plan approval. Vegetation being cleared at S.E. corner. Temporary fencing being removed and some fencing removed between remediated portion and backyard of one of the houses to be demolished.

There are quite a few infill in my nieghbourhood so finally decided to contribute to this thread. 1. Bloomfield Ave. at Churchill Ave. N.

Long closed and abandoned HoHo Chinese restaurant at 875 Richmond Rd. has a for sale sign. The last transaction was a municipal property tax arrears sale. If Homestead were to place a bid it would be a nice footprint combined with there remaining surface parking lot.

This project has disappeared from devapps. I have been checking fairly regularly for an approved site plan control document. I can only presume it it is now approved so can proceed to construction at anytime now.

Photos of on going soil remediation. Worker was seen collecting soil samples in plastic bags and measuring the depth of the sample along that edge of the excavation in the photo.
