This is the east tower, which should be about as tall as the festival tower next to it. Not sure why they set up the page as such, they could just say “Bravo” at Assembly Park.

Crane is up and running as well as the pile driver. Looks like shoring is complete

Has anyone seen it lit up at night as per the renders? Edit: perhaps the renders are misleading, and the little gold boxes don’t actually light up. Disappointing if true.

How will the tunnelling and construction work on YNSE affect this project? Are they going to integrate a subway entrance into the building?

Isn’t this land currently being used to store all the machinery and construction equipment for other projects?

Feels weird to revisit this thread, but as someone who lives here, I'm already seeing some real changes, and am still hopeful for a 2031 launch of YNSE so developers have a real incentive to continue. I believe they will start tunneling as soon as they finish tunneling for OL. These past 3 or so...
