Groundbreaking event is happening on Monday from 1-3PM. This should mean that construction is officially starting however, the permits have not been issued yet according to the City's website which is strange.

Pictures taken March 23rd 2024. All the pipe fittings are gone, pretty sure water-mains have been replaced. Construction site has retreated back from Queensway to the building site. No excavation has started just yet.

Hmm, 138 spots for 210 Tenants, down from ~195 spots. I don't think the parking sold well. Mattamy was asking 70K for a spot with another $840 a year in maintenance fees. 😳

I wonder what the concrete pipes are for. Are they replacing the water mains on street level too?
