Anyone who has moved in M2M condos phase 1, has experienced water leak issues and the condo has failed to fix the issue appropriately and treated it as a cosmetic damage when it is a bigger issue than that, please reach out to me. I’d like to make a note of the homeowners they are bullshitting...

We got our occupancy notice first then the final closing notice after our unit was registered or at least that’s what our real estate agent told us.

Hey all, we closed on the 2nd. You just need your lawyer’s confirmation you can pick up your keys. Then head to concierge and they’ll take you the Property Management office to pick them up. Do know they’re only open from 9 am to 5 pm .. except they’re never there on time and they leave early...

They don’t pick up the phone. No matter how many times you call them, they don’t pick up. Do not bother sending them an email.. they say they’ll get back to you on provided date but never happens. You have to constantly follow up and you likely won’t get a response until about 1-2 weeks later...

Anyone completed their PDI yet? We have but we’re still waiting for an update if the “final tentative occupancy” is happening or if it’s going to be delayed. Curious if anyone has heard any new updates. Also their customer care team SUCKS.
