Having previously worked at Colizza Bruni (The Architects) and having worked on this project, I can tell you that it's Cold Rolled Steel Plate. Far cheaper than Corten and provided the same aesthetic.

I've got big hopes for this one. The different dark and lighter spandrels in between the windows create some nice animation... however the Podium all seems very flat.

Looking good so far... however I wish they had a bit of a plane change between the 2 bricks. Really hoping the brick screen walls on the balconies end up getting constructed.
