Sorry, but is this now the Highfield Place conversion project?

And this is not even counting the potential Phase II for the Parks, a PD approved mystery 54-unit midrise on 108th and an unannounced MacLab development also on108th. Once all said and done, this is going to make a major different to this part of downtown.

Is this approved by the EDC? Any way this community and others alike could prevent this from being built?

No DP application has been filed, so it's probably getting very tight for July

How no one has applied for rezoning on those eyesores for redevelopment just irks me lol. Ripe for density now that some other major parking lots are getting filled in.

Well, clearly Westrich still has it in them to develop high rises, like the Windsor project south of the river. But it'd be nice to have more of their towers downtown!!

Falcon 2 received a bunch of funding from the housing accelerator fund just last month, eh? So it has to go ahead, and be complete by the end of 2027 as a condition of the funding.

What is it being rezoned to? When was it submitted?

Congrats Westrich on the Windsor Heights approval, can't wait to see that going! Is Ice Tower anytime soon on the horizon? With the Connect Center high rise coming, would be awesome to see these two towers go up together.
