Sorry to hear that. I strongly doubt they will offer a refund if payments were made above today’s prices. They will likely rush to finish so they can secure those contracts. At the end of the day, it is a business and they are aiming for maximum return.

If they can manage to pull off 1 floor per week should top off by October 2026…….i know wishful thinking lol

Just the lower podium has no window to the south I assume maybe that will be some of the commercial space. The floor plate changes as the tower rises.
