I'm all for the West Village. The Entertainment District location is great as well, but the ol' Greyhound station is such wasted real estate. Easy access by transit or car, great view of DT & the Bow River... It just makes sense to stick a big stadium there. What else are we gonna do with the space?

I live a couple blocks from the Versant site. Their unobstructed view of DT will be pretty similar to mine (shameless self plug)

My house is a stone's throw away from this on the corner of 14 St and 21 Ave. That lot has been for sale for quite some time, and the original proposed rendering on the MLS listing was substantially different. I think this new rendering looks pretty good. Keep it going up the hill!
