It's great to see movement on the parking lot, but I would also like to see something done with the Enwave pumping station building and property as well.

Going back to this plot of land in front of the Rogers Center, it would be great if both plots were sold as one, and then something built on both with parking underneath it. I was thinking something like a clear glass sports museum dedicated to the city's sports history of all types.

Oh wow, I was not aware of this. I guess the plan of this ever becoming a park if this is to be a substation seems out the window. Great photo btw.

I am happy to see another empty/parking lot filled in the near waterfront area of the city. I have always been interested in what several lots in the waterfront area or south of the Gardiner would look like in the future. I highlighted this site in Red. I am curious about the sites I highlighted...

Does anyone know if they plan on finishing the wall separating this property from the tracks? And what's going on with the planned park next to this?

    Eastern Avenue Bridge/DVP Interchange

Do they plan on adding an extra lane in each direction on the DVP between north of Queen St. E and east of Cherry St.? I noticed in this area it's a bit of chock point with the highway going from 3 down to 2 and then back to 3 lanes in each direction. There is also a bit of a choke point on the...

even better than it's an open door for the HUB

I was referring to buildings competing for tenants, meaning once CIBC Square II is done and out of the way, the next big one, meaning this building, will be the "main focus."

I suspect once CIBC Square II is fully done, this one will really kick into high gear.

Manulife consolidating from around the city into a new tower and then having their beautiful building on Bloor converted into an upscale hotel, like a Woldorf Astoria or a Plaza Hotel type, would be a great fit not only for that building but for "Mink Mile" Bloor St., which has very nice hotels...

I totally agree with other commenters on here. The splash of colour gives something different in a good way to the sea of the same old blushish grey buildings. I wanna see Toronto move away from that it's really depressing after a while.

This one is very exciting as the building and the adjacent park are the final plots of land of the entire city place project, a project that put its first shovel in the ground back in 2000 when the 2 Matrix towers A and B broke ground. If this tower and the park are all completed before the end...

I believe it's been mentioned here that the HUB has some leases already secured, but not an anchor tenant. Does anyone know who the leases are, and if they are able to share that information?

very in formitive and I understand your point about costs for space downtown vs elsewhere. What are your thoughts on the idea of the other firms I mentioned, a 2nd BMO Manulife, Desjardins Group?
