Taken this afternoon - I’d say they’re about 1/8th done the building on the west side of the development. Clearly in no rush as there’s still only 2 machines working away….

Shame on the city and WT for letting the bait and switch happen though. Especially here where WT owns the land and is a partner on the project. They promise a world class development and then you went up with Canary Landing part 2.

Could that be for R6 though? Hines needed to give the city a decision by the end of April - any straying from previous plan of office space likely would need to involve the city and WT.

Keep in mind Pinnacle took it on from Greenland with deposits already made. Had the market turned earlier my guess is they would have changed more than they did (because time would have been on their side). I’d expect phase 2 to look/feel different.

Yeah but I think Sherbourne Common is different in that you have a ton of condos there - you don't see George Brown or Corus folks out there in the winter and Sugar Beach is a ghost town. The part along Queens Quay on the south side was almost inaccessible for most of the winter because they...

IIRC WT has funding allocated for more Bayside infrastructure work in future years so the extension at Sherbourne Common is likely now funded.

Where exactly do you want a bridge to? The Quayside Phase 2 construction site or the unfunded park??
