Most appropriate use of that space personally, would be 5 - 6 storeys. The 50 storey tower or towers mentioned above would be an easy fit across the street at old Eaton's Centre. That's probably the property with the most outrageous potential in the core.

I've always thought the underground solution for climbing the escarpment was the best solution.
