They have a sorry excuse for some sidewalk open at this point but for over 2 years it has been nothing. I've walked around it whenever I'm there but that's not often. How can they get away with it while other developments shut down a lane of traffic (405 Main w) or a cycle track (the Point) or...

I'm pretty sure they are going to have to raise the crane one more time to top this out. The north and south facade cladding should begin it's reverse pattern in a storey or two.

I could pay my own salary if I just rode my bike around the lower city giving out tickets to vehicles parked illegally in bike lanes or on sidewalks.

I'm so done with this build. It's been 2 1/2 years. As I recall there was no underground parking to add some time. It's just mediocrity on an extended timeline taking up that sidewalk. How long can they drag this out? Anyway it looks like they have begun the insulated metal panels on the grade...

Meh. It is what it is.

From today. No complaints about the building but they could have a bit more respect for the "sidewalk" they left. It's narrow to begin with and the fencing is being pushed by stacked pallets and building materials. There is also twisted bits of wire sticking out towards the sidewalk. ugh.

Hmmm, interesting little story about the cemetery. I knew there had to be a good reason but it is always good to walk places you've never been other than in a car. It's such a different experience.
