I noticed fencing go up around the old blue building on 14th Street SW and 17 Ave SW. As ugly as it may be, it makes me sad to see architechture of this era be left to crumble and then demolished. I decided to take some pre-RIP photos of it:

The city has started destroying... ahem... *revitalizing* the old Shaw Millenium Park

Does anyone know what ever happened to the empty land just southeast of the costco in Heritage Meadows, across the street from Superstore? The development permit was approved in 2019 and grading was done but then COVID hit? https://dmap.calgary.ca/?p=DP2019-5400

Walked passed the parking lot next to Community Natural foods downtown (around 10 AVE and 12 Street) and it looked like they were doing some core sampling. Anyone know who owns this lot? Another project coming soon? (sorry couldnt grab photos)

I went for an apartment viewing in early June and they mentioned that construction on the 3rd tower is starting very soon.
