Fox Burger is taking one of the restaurant spots on the main floor - that's a good pickup for the building. Opening 2026 sometime.

Given that MLS is going to a July - May schedule, I think there is even less of a chance of a team ever coming here. They are already making some accommodations for Toronto from what I understand (longer road trips before/after the winter break), it would be even worse for a Edmonton team...

The death is tragic and they were a great member of the community - I think saying that it will "alter the course for a generation" is significantly over blowing it...

Just curious - but it seems like nothing is done yet on the 102 ave portion downtown. Anyone know the reason? I know it's only a few blocks but it just seems odd given how far along everything else is.

I mean his time in BC was rough as well... like when he signed a side agreement with Mike Reilly to guarantee part of his contract, and didn't tell the league or BC Lion's ownership.

Would this be for Fox Burger? They announced on their Instagram they were opening a space on 124th Street? (I know this isn't 124th direct but just beside)
