Are they... Not going to remove the big black fence blocking most of it from the street?? I think I heard them say "open during various hours" at the end of the video there so I guess not... I don't really think a park should have "hours", it should be a public space all the time.

I just passed by campus today and there was a small amount of construction on Louis Pasteur between Brooks and Montpetit but I'm pretty sure it was just road work rather than the start of Brooks's demolition or anything like that
