Personal gripe: I'm a big fan of the project, and would love to see more in the area, but its a little frustrating that the site closes down the right lane of Elbow SB at Southland everyday. SB Traffic ends up backing up to 94-96 Ave and getting in and out of the area is a mess.

Its even worse than just railway tracks. With the new rail bridge put in, yard switching operations are extended further West from Alyth, so there will now be even more noise from shoving cars back and forth.

On the on this page, it looks like bike lanes are planned to run on the two avenues parallel to University Ave, in addition to the existing network of multiuse pathways.

There is this development permit for a rooftop patio restaurant - https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2019-0996 for the same block, although the location doesn't quite match up (NW instead of SW corner of the block). But I can't see a rooftop patio working anywhere else on the block.
