I never fully understood these renderings, like why would they do a 'sunset' image and completely distort the colours and textures of the building by making everything pink... Isn't the whole point of a render like this supposed to be so it can help everyone understand the architectural design...

The aesthetics of this project may be in question by the looks of it... but one thing this development is doing right is providing a BIG variety of units, which will tailor to a lot of different demographics of people. One of the few buildings of this size I've seen that is not cookie cutter...

Looks like the slab is complete up there, forms will probably be all stripped by the end of this week. Commercial spaces out front on Main by the looks of it?

Starting to see more action as they come up out of the ground, 2026 will be a big year for this project in Hamilton. Looking forward to watching the progress!
